What is counselling?
Many people have many different ideas of what counselling is. For many, the idea of going to counselling is quite unsettling. At CT Squared we hope to take away the stigma of counselling and introduce it as a conversation. Our goal is simple really. We want to be able to sit with you, find out who you are and why you have come to see us, and work together to design a strategy to achieve the goals you have come with.
What issues can counselling address?
Sometimes people come to counselling simply because “something doesn’t feel right,” in their life. We are certainly available to help anytime this is the case. Other people, however have specific issues they want to address. Some of the common issues people come see us about are:

Fees
Counselling fees at CT Squared are set at the rate suggested by our governing body, the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Our rates are as follows:
- Individuals – $110+HST/hour
- Couples and Families – $120+HST/hour
Sliding scale reduced fees are available on a limited basis, and are based on the needs of the client. We strive to make sure that fees are not a barrier to people receiving help.
